Your vacation certificate is good for accommodations at your choice of 39 fabulous locations. Once you collect 5 vacation certificates, you may exchange them for 1 cruise certificate. BILL PAY USERS CAN NOW ORDER THEIR 2007 CD's
If you are a bill pay user, you can now order your 2007 CD containing all your 2007 bill pay history including copies of any bills received through bill presentment. To order your CD, just login to bill pay and go to the "Reports" tab. Click on reports and you will find a link to order your CD. The cost is $30 plus shipping and handling.
UPGRADED CALL 24 IS NOW AVAILABLE!
We have upgraded our call 24 system to serve you better. You will notice that the menu options have changed some, but rest assured you can still perform all the functions you were able to perform on the old system. You will even find some new options and more information such as office hours and branch locations. Please take the time to navigate through the new menus and discover the new functions available through call 24. Your user name and password are the same as they were for the old call 24 system.
NEW ATM CASH DISPENSER LOCATED AT THE BLADIUM SPORTS CLUB!
We now have a new ATM cash dispenser located at the Bladium Sports Club at Alameda Point. The ATM does not take deposits, but you can get cash, transfer funds between ACU accounts, and do balance inquires. There is no surcharge for Alameda Credit Union members using their cards issued by Alameda Credit Union. The ATM is available for use during the business hours of the Bladium Sports Club. Just another convenient service provided by your credit union.

You can now receive your credit union statements online! No more waiting for the mail to receive your statements which could mean 3 to 4 days for mail time. Just click on the estatement icon on our home page, fill out the short registration form and you're done. You will begin receiving your estatements with the next statement cycle. Once you start receiving estatements, you will no longer receive paper statements from the credit union. However, once you receive estatements, you may print or download them at your convenience. BILL PAY SERVICE IS NOW FREE!
Alameda Credit Union's online bill pay service is now free of monthly service charges as long as you pay at least 2 bills per month through the service. There is a $5 service charge for any month the 2 bill minimum is not met. No more driving to the post office, purchasing stamps, or waiting in long lines! You can pay your bills from the comfort of your home or office, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To enroll in bill pay, visit our website, click on online banking, enter you account number and PIN, and then click on bill pay. Complete the short application and you're done. Remember, you must have a checking account to use bill pay.
VISA ACCOUNT ACCESS ONLINE!!
ACU Visa card holders can now access their Visa account online! Just go to our website,
www.alamedacu.org, and click on the "Visa Account Access" icon, or go to
www.ezcardinfo.com. Once you enroll, you will be able to view your latest transactions, retrieve copies of prior statements, pay your credit card payment from your ACU checking or savings account, and even create expenses reports. You can also set alerts that will e-mail you when you are approaching your limit, your new statement is available, or certain transactions post to your account. You can even have a reminder e-mail sent to you for that special occasion you don't want to forget!
